Reports to: Vice President, Hotel Operations
- Develop and implement pricing strategies across all market segments and distribution channels
- Build room rates, packages, discounts, and specialty pricing programs
- Provide guidance on corporate transient negotiated pricing and group pricing strategies
- Conduct price elasticity testing and analyze results to optimize performance
- Identify and manage peak and shoulder demand periods using strategies such as LOS restrictions, BAR/NLRA pricing, room-type yielding, and oversell controls
- Lead annual and quarterly corporate and wholesale account performance analysis
- Produce accurate weekly and monthly revenue forecasts
- Lead the weekly Revenue Management/Forecast meetings
- Lead the annual budget process for top-line room revenue
- Analyze STR reports weekly and monthly to identify opportunities and implement action plans
- Compile weekly analysis reports to evaluate key drivers of market share performance
- Proactively identify soft periods and develop action plans with Sales and Marketing
- Manage inventory and pricing across all distribution channels including:

- Optimize channel mix to lower distribution costs and increase direct bookings
- Ensure pricing reflects asset positioning relative to competitors and market conditions
- Closely monitor competitive pricing and evaluate impact on performance
- Consult with Sales Managers on group rate and inventory suitability
- Oversee group block management including pickup, wash, rooming lists, and cut-off dates
- Maintain and update Group Sell Guidelines and Target Rates
- Develop and update Group Control Chart with the Director of Sales
- Evaluate business opportunities from a net profit perspective
- Clearly communicate revenue strategy and selling tactics to Front Office, Sales & Catering, Reservations, and Operations
- Provide regular performance updates to hotel leadership
- Contribute strategic insights during property reviews and pricing meetings
- Represent the company at industry, client, and associate functions
- Ensure effective communication of policies, procedures, and performance goals
- Attend and lead required departmental meetings
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of hotel management experience in a resort hotel environment
- OR four (4) years of training and experience in hotel/resort supervision and management
- Experience in financial analysis and revenue forecasting
- Strong understanding of inventory management and distribution systems
- Experience supervising staff and resolving operational challenges
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Some travel required
