Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible Shifts Available)
Magnolia Congregate Living is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated care team. We are committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nurse or supervisor
- Assist with repositioning and pressure injury prevention
- Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Document care provided in accordance with facility policies
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Current and active CNA certification
- Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
- Experience in long-term care, congregate living, or skilled nursing (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
