Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Replace tires, brakes, and other critical components as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair needs clearly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new automotive technologies.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior mechanics and apprentices.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive mechanic.
- Proficient in using diagnostic and repair tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
