As a Landscaping Team Member, you’ll be the hands-on help that makes our clients’ lawns and outdoor spaces shine. This is a physical job that keeps you moving and outdoors — perfect for anyone who prefers a field job to a desk one.
What You’ll Do:
As a Landscaping Team Member, you’ll be the hands-on help that makes our clients’ lawns and outdoor spaces shine. This is a physical job that keeps you moving and outdoors — perfect for anyone who prefers a field job to a desk one.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with landscaping and lawn maintenance at both residential and commercial properties
- Operate basic landscaping equipment (we’ll train you if needed)
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Help organize and maintain equipment after jobs
- Be a dependable, supportive teammate every day
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone who enjoys physical, outdoor work
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 35–80 lbs regularly
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and clean driving record, not required but useful
No prior landscaping experience? No problem. If you're willing to learn, we'll train you!
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
