We are looking for a driven producer who can turn conversations into clients and relationships into long term business. In this role, you will quote, advise, and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance while helping families protect what matters most.
You will work warm leads, new prospects, and existing customers with proven systems, strong marketing support, and the power of the State Farm brand behind you.

What We’re Looking For
• Property and Casualty license preferred. We will train the right person
• Sales mindset with strong closing instincts
• Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people
• Coachable, accountable, and goal driven
What You’ll Do
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend real solutions
• Follow up consistently to close business
• Build trust and create long term client relationships
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
