About the Role: Join Ace Appliance as a Major Appliance Service Technician and become part of our dedicated team in Toledo, OH, committed to providing exceptional service. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with another Major Appliance Repair Company is required, along with references.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair major home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, and dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, and ranges.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal appliance performance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while interacting with clients on-site.
- Document service calls and maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in appliance repair or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- After Year 5: 10 paid days

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
