Marketing Coordinator – Client Experience & Lead Engagement

Abundant Streams Capital Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator – Client Experience & Lead Engagement to own the prospect experience from first contact through initial meetings. This role is responsible for ensuring every prospective and brand-new client receives a high-touch, red-carpet “WOW” experience that reflects our firm’s professionalism, values, and commitment to excellence.

This role is execution-focused, not strategy-focused. Systems, content, and processes are already in place. Success in this role comes from consistency, follow-through, attention to detail, and ownership of daily execution—not from creating new marketing ideas.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first impression ambassador for all prospects and brand-new clients.
  • Greet prospects for scheduled meetings and create a consistent WOW experience.
  • Ensure lobby, conference rooms, and common areas are clean, welcoming, and prepared.
  • Prepare conference rooms with correct PDFs, welcome screens, and meeting materials.
  • Handle incoming calls from leads and prospects; qualify leads and schedule appointments.
  • Send confirmation emails and letters.
  • Manage CRM data entry and updates.
  • Support seminars, workshops, webinars, and client events including registration, setup, and follow-up.
  • Track marketing metrics and assist with drip campaigns, newsletters, and re-engagement efforts.


Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Comfortable working from defined processes and checklists.
  • Professional, warm, and confident in client-facing situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage recurring tasks without reminders.
  • Experience in client service, marketing coordination, or administrative support preferred.


Compensation & Benefits 
  • Salary range: $40,000 – $50,000 annually, based on experience
