OVERVIEW
We are seeking a confident and professional communicator to join our team. This role involves calling business leads, validating contact information, and booking meetings for our sales representative to provide quotes for line painting and asphalt repair services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call and qualify new business leads
- Follow up after marketing materials are received
- Set appointments for on-site estimates
- Track call activity and outcomes
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Comfortable on the phone
- Clear, confident communicator
- Organized and self-motivated
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Clear spoken English and a friendly, approachable communication style
COMPENSATION
$18-$24/hr based on experience plus performance bonus
This is a part-time role with flexible hours and potential for growth (10-15 hours/week). Although this is a remote role, the successful candidate must live within reasonable proximity to Victoria BC to attend monthly or quarterly meetings at the company’s head office.
Anticipated start date: As soon as possible

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
