📝Job Description
Sunwave Energy, LLC is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Permitting Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for managing and following up on all necessary permits for projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
✅ Main responsibilities
- Process and follow up on permits with municipalities and regulatory entities.
- Maintain communication with agencies, inspectors and clients.
- Review documentation and ensure compliance.
- Keep records and updated reports on the status of permits.
- Coordinate with internal teams for the advancement of projects.
🎯 Requirements
- Previous experience in permitting, construction, solar, or related areas (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Management of computers and administrative systems.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
