Up Closets of North Atlanta Metro is seeking a dependable and motivated Installation Helper to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement into a Lead Installer role through hands-on training and experience.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn the installation trade. This position is ideal for someone interested in carpentry, cabinetry, construction, or skilled trades.

Responsibilities

Assist Lead Installers with the installation of custom closet and storage systems
Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites
Help maintain clean and organized work areas
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Assist with measuring, leveling, assembling, and installing closet components
Help ensure projects are completed on schedule and to company quality standards
Communicate professionally with team members and customers

Requirements

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and perform physical work throughout the day
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Positive attitude and professionalism in customers’ homes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in construction, carpentry, cabinetry, moving, warehouse work, or related fields is a plus, but not required
Basic familiarity with hand tools and measuring tools
Interest in developing skills in cabinetry and installation work
