BioMechanic Physical Therapy is seeking a new addition to our Leesburg Virginia based reception team! We are a 100% Physical Therapist owned practice with a unique focus on biomechanics through creative problem-solving, skilled manual therapy, and use of the latest and proven technologies. This is a great opportunity for experienced receptionists.
Job-Type: Part-time 25-30 hours per week.
Schedule: Flexible afternoon-evening Monday through Friday.
Compensation:$17-$21 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Duties include:
- Getting to know our patients!
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering calls
- Following up with patients
- Maintaining insurance information and communicating with physicians
- Running the show at the front desk
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Detail Oriented
- High Energy
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of EMR system
We are seeking a candidate with experience, but we are willing to train the right applicant.
