Position Overview:
Liberty Trail RV is expanding our mobile service division and we are seeking a high-level, master diagnostic RV technician to help build and lead it. This is not a parts-changer role. This is not a helper position. We are looking for a technician who can diagnose complex electrical issues, appliance failures, and system faults efficiently — and fix them correctly the first time. We are seeking a professional ambassador who will build trusting relationships within our community and represent Liberty Trail RV through integrity, expert advice, and elite workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advanced diagnostics (12V, 120V, converters, inverters, battery systems)
• Appliance troubleshooting (furnace, A/C, refrigerator, water heaters)
• Slide-out and leveling system diagnostics
• Structural and roof leak troubleshooting
• Plumbing and freeze damage repair
• Customer education and preventative maintenance recommendations
• Accurate digital work order documentation
• Professional representation of Liberty Trail RV in the field
Compensation:
(Based on Experience) $30 – $42 per hour • $30–$34/hr for strong experienced technicians • $35–$42/hr for master-level diagnostic technicians
• Performance bonuses
• Billable hour incentives

• PTO & paid holidays High producers will have opportunities to increase earnings through efficiency and performance incentives.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years RV repair experience preferred
• Strong electrical diagnostic ability required
• Dealership background highly preferred
• RVTI Level 2 or 3 strongly preferred
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule
