With three established office locations (Allentown, Schnecksville, and Bethlehem), our agency has the footprint, reputation, and product portfolio to support a high-performing producer. This role will be based in either our Allentown (18103) or Schnecksville (18078) office.
Whether you’re already licensed or ready to get licensed with our support, we’re looking for someone who wants to win — and get paid for it.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, generate, and close new business daily
- Drive outbound calls, follow up aggressively, and convert warm leads
- Cross-sell and bundle auto, home, life, and health policies
- Conduct coverage reviews that uncover revenue opportunities
- Build a strong personal book of business
- Hit (and exceed) monthly production goals
- Create referral pipelines from satisfied customers
This is a revenue-driving role. Production matters. Results matter.
What We’re Looking For

- Strong follow-up skills and closing ability
- Insurance experience preferred — but sales drive is non-negotiable
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred
