Our agency opened in 2014 and has grown into a team of 10 who are focused on developing professionals and delivering strong service to our customers. Before becoming an agent, I worked for a State Farm agent, which gave me firsthand experience and helped shape the culture I wanted to build in my own office.
I’m a graduate of Binghamton University, married with two kids, and spend much of my free time coaching football, baseball, and basketball. Being involved with youth sports and staying connected to families in the community is something I truly enjoy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
