KinderKids Early Childhood Education Center is hiring a dedicated Pre-K 3 Teacher to join our professional early learning team in Daphne, Alabama.

We are a licensed early childhood education center committed to providing a structured, nurturing, and engaging environment where children develop confidence, independence, and kindergarten readiness skills.

We proudly serve families in Daphne, Spanish Fort, Fairhope, and throughout Baldwin County.

🎯 Position Responsibilities

Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for three-year-olds
Support early literacy, math readiness, and social-emotional growth
Create a structured and positive classroom environment
Track and document developmental progress
Maintain compliance with Alabama DHR licensing standards
Build professional relationships with families through consistent communication
Collaborate with leadership and fellow educators

✅ Qualifications

Experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
CDA, Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, or willingness to obtain
CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for early childhood education
