Administrative Operations Coordinator

Please note that this career will ultimately be based in Greenville, TX however you will temporarily work in Quinlan, TX as we continue to build out our Greenville store.

Liberty Trail RV is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organized, driven Administrative Operations Coordinator to grow with us.

Compensation
$40,000–$50,000 per year, depending on experience
Advancement opportunities based on performance
Benefits available after 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Data entry and system management
  • HR administrative support and onboarding new hires
  • Recovering and managing vendor/online accounts
  • Compliance control and document tracking
  • Processing credit applications
  • Licensing and regulatory paperwork
  • Assisting with title work
  • Payroll support
  • Reviewing applicants and scheduling interviews
  • Providing administrative support across departments
This role works closely with leadership and plays a key part in keeping operations running efficiently.
