Behavior Technician

Behavior Technician – School-Based Support
Location: New Castle County, DE
Employment Type: W2 | School Hours
Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award

We are building a high-quality behavioral support team to serve students in a structured educational setting.

If you are passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs and want school-hour consistency, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior support plans
  • Support classroom behavior management strategies
  • Collect daily behavior data
  • Assist with skill acquisition programming
  • Work directly with students under BCBA supervision

Requirements:

✔ Associate’s Degree or 60 college credits
 ✔ Experience working with children or adolescents
 ✔ Experience in behavioral or special education settings preferred
 ✔ Professional demeanor and reliability

We are seeking dependable, team-oriented professionals who want stability and purpose-driven work.

Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
