Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School-Based
Location: Delaware
Employment Type: W2 | School-Year
Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award

We are seeking certified RBTs who are passionate about delivering structured behavioral interventions in educational settings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Implement individualized behavior plans
  • Collect and report behavioral data
  • Support adaptive skill development
  • Collaborate with school staff and BCBA supervisors

Qualifications:

✔ Active RBT certification (preferred but not required)
 ✔ Experience in ABA or school-based behavioral support
 ✔ Strong communication skills
 ✔ Professional and reliable

This role is ideal for RBTs looking to transition from clinic to school-based services.

Compensation: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
