SCHOOL-BASED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (OT)

School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Christina School District (Contingent Upon Award)
New Castle County, DE
Full-Time | Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling

SOS Personnel is seeking experienced School-Based Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide services within the Christina School District. This position is contingent upon contract award with an anticipated July 1 start.

We are building a high-quality team of clinicians who are confident in school environments and passionate about supporting students ages 0–22 with mild to severe disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings and comprehensive OT evaluations
  • Develop PLEPs, goals, and benchmarks within IEPs
  • Participate in IEP meetings
  • Deliver services via classroom, consult, and pull-out models
  • Maintain therapy documentation and logs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Delaware OT License (or ability to obtain)
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IEP processes
  • Experience with assistive technology a plus
