Randy Noel and Rich Bowren State Farm are looking for an ambitious, sales-driven Multiline Representative to join our unique dual-agent office in Colmar. Supporting two successful State Farm agents means more opportunities, more customer relationships, and greater earning potential.

Licensing Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to your start date.
- Pennsylvania Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- Full licensing support, study resources, and coaching are provided.
Prior insurance or State Farm experience is preferred but not required.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
- Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
- Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships that drive customer retention and referrals.
- Handle policy changes, renewals, and customer service requests while identifying opportunities to expand coverage.
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and exceed individual production goals.
- Partner with both agents to support agency growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency and insurance standards.
What We're Looking For
- Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required.
- Sales-driven, competitive, and motivated by performance.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with disciplined follow-up and excellent organization.
- Previous insurance, sales, banking, retail, or business development experience preferred.
- A positive, team-oriented professional who enjoys helping customers while growing revenue.
