Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities
· Release Management & Plan| schedule| and coordinate software releases across SDLC stages.
· Manage release calendars and communication with stakeholders.
· Ensure releases meet quality standards and business objectives.
· Coordinate emergency fixes (hotfixes) and rollback plans.
· Environment Management Oversee the provisioning| refresh| and maintenance of Dev| Staging| and Production environments.
· Ensure environment parity (configs| data| dependencies).
· Manage access controls and environment availability.
· Process Governance, develop| enforce| and monitor release and environment policies.
· Act as the final approver or coordinator for production deployments.
· Conduct release readiness reviews and provide KPIs metrics.
· Cross-Functional Coordination, Liaise with Engineering| QA| DevOps| Infrastructure| and Business teams.
· Serve as a subject matter expert for release processes.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
· Experience in Release Environment Management| DevOps| or IT Service Management.
· Strong understanding of SDLC| Agile Scrum methodologies| and CICD pipelines.
· Proficiency with tools like Jira| ServiceNow.
· Excellent leadership| communication| and coordination skills.
· Ability to manage risks and make decisive technical scheduling decisions.
