ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2016 and have grown it into a strong team of 26 team members. Before becoming an agent, I owned a mini-golf business and also gained valuable experience working with Wells Fargo — both of which helped shape the leadership, service mindset, and results-driven approach we bring to our agency today.

I’m Minnesota born and raised, attended the University of Minnesota, and I’m proud to be building both a career and a life here with my family. I’m married with two kids (and one more on the way!), and outside of work you’ll usually find me skiing, golfing, or spending time enjoying sports and activities with my kids. Giving back is also important to us — we stay actively involved in our children’s schools, volunteer with a children’s hospital, support Habitat for Humanity, and participate in local community food initiatives.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Matt Jonza - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
