Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, cross-selling existing clients, and building long-term relationships within the community.

Responsibilities
- Generate new personal lines insurance business through referrals, networking, and leads
- Quote and sell policies including:
- Personal Auto
- Homeowners
- Condo
- Renters
- Flood
- Umbrella
- Motorcycle, Boat, and RV
- Personal Auto
- Cross-sell coverage to existing clients
- Review coverage and recommend appropriate protection
- Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate client records in agency management system
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Insurance License (Required)
- 1+ year insurance sales experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Applied Epic, EZLynx, or similar systems is a plus

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
