Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic and confident team member who can both teach coding and drive enrollments. This hybrid role combines instruction with sales and parent engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Instruction:
- Guide students through Code Ninjas curriculum
- Assist with coding projects (Scratch, Roblox, Minecraft, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
- Maintain a safe and structured learning environment
- Provide feedback to parents on student progress
Sales & Growth:
- Conduct tours for prospective families
- Explain memberships and camp programs
- Follow up on leads via phone/email
- Convert trials into enrollments
- Support local marketing events
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable discussing pricing and closing enrollments
- Coding knowledge required
- Experience working with kids preferred
- Reliable and goal-oriented

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
