About the Role:
Join JFS4 Enterprises LLC as a Lawn Care Technician, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces. We are passionate about providing top-notch lawn care services in West Conshohocken, PA, and are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides safely and effectively.
- Inspect lawns for issues such as pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Communicate with clients to understand their lawn care needs and provide recommendations.
- Maintain and operate lawn care equipment and tools.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.
- Document service provided and report any concerns to management.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on time.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in lawn care preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices and equipment operation.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications in pesticide application are a plus.
