About the Role:
Join JFS4 Enterprises LLC as a Lawn Mowing Foreman and lead a dedicated team in transforming outdoor spaces! This exciting position in West Conshohocken, PA offers the chance to showcase your leadership skills while ensuring our clients receive top-notch lawn care services.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily lawn mowing operations.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in lawn care.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
- Monitor job site safety and enforce company policies.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and time spent on each job.
- Assist in scheduling and planning daily routes for efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lawn care and landscaping.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of horticulture and lawn maintenance techniques.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
