ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative with Scott Christian's State Farm Agency, you will create exceptional customer experiences that support the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and genuine desire to help people make you a great fit for this role. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members we serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Arizona Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
- Life and Health insurance licenses preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 per year
