Role Description
As a Customer Retention Specialist, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general service needs while helping maintain strong customer relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a structured, team-oriented environment. The primary focus is service and retention, with occasional opportunities to identify additional coverage needs.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Assist with policy changes, renewals, and account updates
- Process endorsements and service requests
- Take and process premium payments
- Provide basic claims guidance and support
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Follow up to ensure service requests are completed
- Identify and refer cross-sell opportunities when appropriate
- Support customer retention through excellent service
Qualifications
- Active 20-44/215 and/or 220/215 licensed required
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer proficiency

Compensation: $34,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
