Faithworks Total Ground Maintenance is a growing commercial landscaping company serving government and municipal properties throughout Lake County and Orlando. We focus on safety, quality, and professionalism.

We are hiring a dependable part-time landscaper who is confident operating commercial zero-turn equipment and can complete assignments independently across assigned properties.

Position Overview

This is a part-time employee position. You will be assigned specific properties and expected to complete them efficiently and professionally without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial zero-turn mowers safely and efficiently

  • Perform edging, weed eating, and blowing

  • Maintain clean sidewalks and property lines (no overhang)

  • Remove tree suckers and manage sidewalk crack weeds

  • Follow assigned routes and complete properties independently

  • Follow all roadside safety procedures

  • Maintain equipment and report issues promptly

Qualifications

  • Proven zero-turn mower experience (required)

  • Commercial landscaping experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently and stay productive

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Reliable transportation

  • Able to work outdoors in Florida weather

Schedule

  • 2–3 days per week

  • Potential for additional hours as workload increases

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Compensation: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
