What you'll do:
- Lead and manage a maintenance crew through daily route completion, ensuring all properties are serviced per scope of work and quality standards
- Train, mentor, and develop crew members on proper techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct when interacting with clients on-site
- Responsibly drive company's dump trucks from jobsite-to-jobsite
- Communicate with management on job progress, client concerns, and equipment needs
- Keep equipment organized and report maintenance issues
What we're looking for:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a crew lead or supervisory role
- Proficiency operating mowers, line trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers
- Working knowledge of Pacific Northwest plant material, turf care, and seasonal maintenance practices
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
