About our Agency:
Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a team of five who are focused on education, service, and long-term growth. I began my career as a State Farm team member in 2011 and worked in two different states. Originally from Louisiana, I lived in Wyoming from 2011 to 2015, always knowing I wanted to become an agent. I ultimately moved back home to Louisiana to open my own agency and serve the community I care about most.
I stay very involved locally as President of the Kiwanis Club and a member of Rotary and the Knights of Columbus. Giving back and staying engaged in the community is a priority for me and our agency.
We offer PTO, paid holidays, flexibility for family needs, a 401(k), and licensing reimbursement. We understand that life happens, and we work to create a supportive, family-conscious environment.
Our mission is to be the #1 resource for our customers—helping them navigate their options, educating them, and offering real support. We believe sales are a byproduct of doing the right thing and educating customers well. We have plans to continue growing throughout the state and into neighboring areas.
We’re looking for someone who is kind, positive, and treats others the way they want to be treated. Someone who is driven, competitive, motivated, outgoing, and comfortable carrying conversations. Strong math and problem-solving skills are important, as is a genuine desire to help others. If you’re looking for a growth-oriented office that values service and integrity, this could be a great fit for you.
