The Role:
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the transition from the Massage Heights service model to the Heights Wellness Retreat model
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure all projects comply with brand standards, local regulations, and approved budgets
- Support the rollout of new wellness and biohacking modalities, equipment, and services
- Serve as the primary point of contact between franchisees and internal teams
- Manage third-party vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Track and report project status, risks, and milestones to leadership
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of project management experience in multi-unit retail, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or franchise environments
- Experience managing construction, renovations, or large-scale operational transformations
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Franchise system experience (strongly preferred)
- Exposure to wellness, health, fitness, or biohacking services
- Experience leading rebrands or concept conversions
- PMP or other project management certification
