The Learning Experience – Andover is seeking a qualified Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom of preschool-aged children in a structured, engaging early learning environment. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about school readiness, social-emotional development, and hands-on learning.
Our preschool program focuses on early literacy, math foundations, creativity, and independence through developmentally appropriate instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily preschool classroom instruction in a safe and nurturing environment
- Implement engaging lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Support early academic skills, problem-solving, and peer collaboration
- Maintain structured routines and positive classroom management
- Observe and document developmental progress
- Communicate regularly with families regarding milestones and classroom updates
- Ensure full compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations
Qualifications:
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required
- Previous preschool classroom experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- Professional, organized, and team-oriented
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
