Cumberland Home and Hearth is seeking an Appliance Salesperson to join our Team!

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Identify customer needs and provide explanation of product and services
Possess strong knowledge of product
Create quotes for desired products
Enter and process customer orders
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns
Provide superior customer service before, during and after sale

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields
Prior working knowledge of appliance brands and models desired
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
