Cumberland Home and Hearth is seeking an Appliance Salesperson to join our Team!
 
Responsibilities:
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Identify customer needs and provide explanation of product and services
  • Possess strong knowledge of product
  • Create quotes for desired products
  • Enter and process customer orders
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Provide superior customer service before, during and after sale

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields
  • Prior working knowledge of appliance brands and models desired
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
