Insurance Sales Professional – Allstate Agency (Charleston, SC | Uncapped Income + Real-Time Leads)

We are a high-performance Allstate agency based in the Charleston area looking for driven, competitive individuals who want to win.
This is not a typical sales job.
We provide real-time, high-intent leads, elite training, and a system designed to help you close business.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Close inbound insurance opportunities (no cold calling grind)
  • Work real-time leads through our proprietary system
  • Build and manage relationships with agency customers
  • Cross-sell auto, home, renters, and life policies
  • Educate clients and position coverage—not just price
  • Deliver a strong, professional customer experience
 What We’re Looking For
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-driven
  • Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
  • Sales experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person)
  • Able to handle volume, follow up, and close consistently
  • Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life license (if not already licensed)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
