John Lee GEICO Local Office is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. We're looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and eager to learn. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are strongly preferred, as you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with customers and prospects to develop opportunities.
- Have needs-based conversations to understand customers' insurance needs.
- Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options.
- Develop leads and schedule appointments.
- Prepare and present appropriate insurance solutions.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow agency processes.
- Work with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
