I opened my agency in 2000 after working as a State Farm claims representative, bringing firsthand claims experience into agency leadership. I played football at Western Illinois, and that competitive mindset still shows up in how we operate today. Our team includes seven members, and we’ve built a high-energy, results-driven office that takes pride in being one of the top agencies in Dade.
I’m also active in the community as President of the Bay of Pigs Museum, reflecting our commitment to staying involved locally. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Carlos Luis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
