About the Role

Kanazeh Lawn Service is hiring Lawn Mowing Crew Members to maintain residential and commercial properties throughout the Lansing area. This is an outdoor, team-based role focused on mowing, trimming, and property maintenance.

What You’ll Do

Operate commercial mowing equipment.
Perform trimming, edging, and cleanup.
Load and unload equipment.
Maintain professional property appearance.
Follow daily routes and schedules.

What We’re Looking For

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong attendance and reliability.
A valid driver’s license may be required depending on job duties.
Willingness to learn and follow direction.
Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including physical outdoor work throughout the duration of the shift.

Compensation & Benefits

$16.00 – $20.00 per hour.
Weekly pay.

Schedule

Full-time, seasonal.
Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Work Classification

This position may be structured as either an employee or independent contractor role in accordance with applicable laws. Classification will be determined based on role responsibilities and working relationship.
