- Lead and manage a group of Reconstruction Project Managers
- Run weekly production meetings with each PM to review:
- Job budgets
- Schedule adherence
- Gross profit margins
- Change orders
- Problem areas
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and at company quality standards
- Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and job costing
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and margin control
- Identify and solve operational bottlenecks
- Hold PMs accountable to KPIs and performance expectations
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership development
- Collaborate with mitigation, estimating, and accounting teams
- Improve systems and processes to increase efficiency and profitability
- 5+ years of experience in construction management
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong budgeting and job costing knowledge
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Experience running production or operations meetings
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Problem solver with a team-first mentality
- Experience in restoration/reconstruction preferred but not required
- A leader who creates accountability, not excuses
