Position Overview:
Our State Farm agency is growing and we are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter/Lead Coordinator to help connect our potential customers with our licensed insurance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, following up on leads, and setting appointments for our licensed agents to review insurance options. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys talking with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This position focused on lead follow-up and appointment setting, not selling policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, following up on leads, and setting appointments for our licensed agents to review insurance options. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys talking with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Follow up with internet and marketing lead
- Schedule appointments for licensed agents
- Maintain accurate notes in our CRM system
- Provide friendly and professional service on every call
- Help keep our sales team's calendars full
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Organized and detail oriented
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
