Job Summary
We are seeking an Acquisition Analyst to join our team! As an Analyst, support DHS Transportation Security Administration's Technical Strategy Analysis Support (TITANS) program by providing acquisition, procurement, and program support for IT operations, infrastructure services, and modernization initiatives. This role is ideal for an early‑career professional with DHS acquisition experience and hands-on involvement in developing procurement artifacts, including Procurement Requests (PRs). 

This position will support the acquisition team in evaluating, coordinating, and executing procurement and contract activities. This role involves data analysis, market research, and administrative support to ensure acquisition processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Support end‑to‑end development of Procurement Requests (PRs), including requirements validation, funding documentation, IGCE coordination, and package assembly.
  • Assist with acquisition package preparation, routing, and submission in alignment with DHS/TSA procurement regulations, FAR, HSAR, and program guidance.
  • Track procurement actions, milestones, and approvals to ensure timely execution.
  • Conduct research to support vendor capability assessments and market research.
  •  Maintain acquisition trackers, dashboards, and repositories.
  • Support risk, issue, and dependency tracking related to procurement activities.
  • Ensure all documentation meets DHS acquisition governance requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school.
  • 3+ years of experience in acquisition, procurement, contracting, or program support within a federal environment.
  • Experience supporting DHS acquisition processes.
  • Hands‑on experience developing or assisting with Procurement Requests (PRs).
  • Understanding of FAR, HSAR, and federal procurement lifecycle stages.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint); familiarity with procurement software is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) or similar procurement frameworks.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Power Apps, BI, Dashboarding)
The ideal candidate has experience with acquisition program management, strong analytical skills, judgement and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $90,000.00 per year
