Compensation & Perks

What You’ll Do
- Provide professional massage therapy tailored to each client
- Perform Swedish massage (required); additional modalities are a plus
- Recommend treatment plans to support client wellness goals
- Deliver an exceptional client experience every session
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace
- Help grow your client base through memberships and referrals
What You Need
- Active Massage Therapy License (required)
- Liability insurance (required)
- Proficiency in Swedish massage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build relationships and retain clients
- Experience with deep tissue, prenatal, or trigger point is a plus
