Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a driven and highly organized Recruiter to lead hiring efforts across multiple spa locations including Hollywood, Weston, Sunrise/Sawgrass.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys connecting great talent with meaningful career opportunities. The Recruiter will play a key role in building strong spa teams by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assisting with onboarding qualified candidates.
What You'll Do
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, and recruiting platforms
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with spa leadership teams
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with new hire onboarding preparation and documentation
- Manage applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms efficiently
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Spa Sales Associates
- Partner with spa leadership to understand hiring needs and staffing priorities
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and interviewing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Comfortable learning and navigating multiple recruiting platforms and technology systems
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of hiring goals
Compensation
Compensation will be discussed during the interview process. This role includes performance-based incentives, with bonuses or commissions tied to successful hires.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
