Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

With over 25 years of experience with State Farm in a variety of roles, I bring a deep understanding of the industry and a strong commitment to helping both our customers and team succeed. I’m a proud graduate of Ohio University and hold a CLU designation, along with recognition as a Gold Honor Qualifier.

I stay actively involved in the community as a volunteer with the Mason School District, and I value building meaningful relationships both inside and outside of the office.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
