ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency 25 years ago, after starting my career with State Farm back in February of 1989. I grew up locally in the Bellevue area, earned my Economics degree from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, and stayed active growing up playing basketball and soccer. Today, I’m a proud parent of two grown kids who live nearby, and we also have two dogs that keep life fun.
Our agency has a team of six employees, and we’ve built a culture that feels welcoming, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of. We love celebrating birthdays, holidays, and work anniversaries together, and our office always feels festive and connected throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Becky Schuler - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
