Our Agency has more than 40 years of State Farm Experience and has earned and maintained a reputation for being one of the foremost agencies in NEPA.
 
We are actively involved in our community through sponsoring local sports teams, scholarship programs for graduating seniors at Pocono Mountain School District, and through support of local school chapters of Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD).

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Manager for Beth Moloughney State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Meet high standards for sales production and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
  • Prior State Farm Experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
