Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, maximizing efficiency and profitability while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind, a deep understanding of business and financial principles, and a proven track record as an Operations Manager. 

Responsibilities 
  • Oversee daily production across installation and maintenance divisions
  • Coordinate scheduling, manpower planning, and resource allocation
  • Monitor labor efficiency, job costing, and production performance
  • Ensure projects and services are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably
  •  Provide hands-on support during complex installations or operational challenges
  • Assist with layout, troubleshooting, and technical execution when needed
  • Coach Team Leaders and crews through real-time field training
  • Support irrigation diagnostics, lighting installs, and specialty work
  • Maintain visible leadership presence across job sites
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and field personnel
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits and quality inspections
  • Ensure high-end quality standards are consistently achieved
  • Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
  • Support account managers and project teams in delivering exceptional client experiences
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of landscape industry leadership experience - Should 5 years be the min?
  • Background in high-end landscape design/build or installation operations
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Irrigation systems
    • Landscape lighting
    • Landscape maintenance operations
    • Turf care and plant health programs
  • Experience managing multiple crews or service divisions
  • Strong technical and problem-solving ability
  • Demonstrated ability to both lead teams and perform field-based work
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Preferred:
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
    • Industry certifications or licenses
    • Experience in a growth-oriented landscape company

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
