About the Role
We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Aurora. You'll assist the pharmacist with prescription preparation, customer service, and daily pharmacy operations in a busy retail pharmacy. No corporate bureaucracy—just real work with real impact.
Responsibilities
- Process prescriptions using pharmacy software
- Prepare medications under pharmacist supervision
- Assist patients at the counter and by phone
- Manage medication inventory and stock
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Support pharmacists with daily workflow and operations
Requirements
- Illinois Pharmacy Technician license (required) OR willingness to obtain within 90 days with our support
- Retail pharmacy experience preferred but not required
- CPhT certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail & ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- English required; Spanish fluency is a valued skill (not required)
No retail experience? We actively train motivated licensed technicians. Our pharmacist team will teach you retail operations, patient engagement, and pharmacy management.
