Four Daughters Millwork is seeking a Machine Operator to join our custom architectural woodworking production team in Kingston, Pennsylvania.
What You’ll Do
What You’ll Do
Machine Operation
- Operate woodworking machinery such as table saws, panel saws, edge banders, sanders, and other production equipment
- Set up machines for cutting, shaping, and preparing wood components
- Follow work orders, shop drawings, and cut lists to ensure accurate production
Production Support
- Assist cabinet makers and assemblers with component preparation
- Move materials safely through different production stages
- Maintain organized work areas and ensure efficient workflow
Quality & Safety
- Inspect materials and finished components for quality standards with assistance of QC
- Follow shop safety procedures and proper machine operation practices
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic maintenance as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating woodworking machinery or similar production equipment preferred
- Ability to read basic measurements and use measuring tools accurately
- Comfort working in a production shop environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
