Job Title: General Contractor / Reconstruction Project Manager
Location: Central Indiana
Location: Central Indiana
Growing restoration and reconstruction company seeking an experienced General Contractor with strong subcontractor relationships and proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Manage residential and light commercial reconstruction projects
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors
- Maintain schedules, budgets, and job quality
- Review insurance scopes/estimates (Xactimate preferred)
- Communicate with customers and internal team
Qualifications:
- 5+ years construction or GC experience
- Established subcontractor network
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Insurance restoration experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
